Conceptualization and Design

Considering the requirements of NamBinh Safety Equipment, we meticulously conducted market research, pinpointing gaps and opportunities. Subsequently, we collaborated with designers to create a brand identity that harmonized with safety, reliability, and contemporary aesthetics.

In our quest for material selection and supplier search, we extensively explored both global and local markets. Our focus was on identifying materials that balanced durability, comfort, and safety compliance. Subsequently, we recommended materials that not only met safety standards but also prioritized user comfort.

In our pursuit of selecting manufacturers, GLOCAL PARTNER JSC tapped into their extensive network to identify reliable partners with the capability to produce high-quality safety products. Subsequently, we rigorously evaluated manufacturing facilities, production capacity, and adherence to ethical practices.

Execution and Brand Building

During the prototyping and testing phase, we worked closely with NamBinh Safety JSC and the selected manufacturer to develop prototypes. We rigorously tested these prototypes and sought feedback from safety experts to ensure they met safety standards, exhibited durability, and provided user comfort.

In our collaboration with NamBinh Safety JSC, we focused on brand positioning, naming, and visual identity. Our marketing endeavors encompassed website development, establishing a social media presence, and creating promotional materials.

For national distribution, we customized our logistics support to ensure efficient operations, timely delivery, and seamless nationwide distribution.
